Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork belly
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mortar and pestle, crush garlic cloves alongwith fennel seeds into a paste-like consistency.
3.Season pork belly liberally inside out including scoring fat side.
